Our main positions:
 

Site HR Officer


Your missions:  

  • You implement employment policies, monitor employees' career management and draw up training plans.
     
  • You monitor the quality of industrial relations with the employees' representatives.

Your academic background:

4/5 years in higher education with specialization in Labor Law.

 

HR Specialist


Your missions:  

  • You are responsible, at an administrative level, for a given HR process, for a predefined area (a population or a country) in issues such as pay, training, compensation & benefits, etc.
     
  • Job profiles: pay administrator, HR administrative technician, Employment & training officer.

Your academic background:

2/3 years in higher education with specialization in HR.
Initial experience in HR desirable.

 

Regional HR Manager


Your missions:  

  • You manage a group of managers within a given geographical region.
     
  • You act as a partner to senior managers in the entities within your scope of responsibility as far as the organization of recruitment, professional mobility, compensation and personal growth are concerned.

Your academic background:

4/5 years in higher education (school of management or university) studying Human Resources or Management with a specialization in HR.
An initial experience in HR / Career Development.

 

HR Expert


Your missions:  

  • You manage a specialized field of HR and provide expertise to internal customers.
     
  • Job profiles: social management controller, lawyer specializing in labor law, retirement / social welfare expert, officer responsible for employment data and benchmarks / recruitment manager, training.

Your academic background:

4/5 years in higher education (school of management or university) with a specialization in HR.
