Solvay signed the United Nations Global Compact in 2010 and supports the 10 UN Global Compact’s principles with respect to human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption.

The Global Compact is the world’s largest corporate responsibility initiative with over 8,000 business and non-business participants in 135 countries.
Under the auspices of the Global Compact initiative established by the former U.N. “Solvay's dedication to creating value for its stakeholders is linked hand-in-hand with its commitment to social corporate responsibility. The Solvay Group expressly supports the ten principles of the UN Global Compact with respect to human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption, all of which align with our Group's values and policies.
