As Managing Director of Solvay Ventures, Stéphane leads Solvay’s investment activities in startups and VC funds. In this position he strives to promote collaborative approaches between Solvay and start-ups to build remarkable stories with entrepreneurs.
Stéphane joined Rhodia in 1997, where he held various management positions, always strongly connected with development projects. He lead business development initiatives and strategy at Rhodia Polyamide, a business at the heart of Rhodia portfolio.
In 2010, he subsequently launched Corporate Venturing activities at Rhodia. When Solvay purchased Rhodia in 2012, Stéphane managed integration of Corporate Venturing activities between the two Groups.
Stéphane was a fellow at MIT and holds an Engineer's degree from the Ecole Polytechnique (France) and from the Ecole Nationale des Pétroles et Moteurs (France).
