Custom In House Manufacturing

Structures include mono-layer and in-line laminated (extrusion coating) structures to meet demanding customer requirements.

AvaSpire® AV-630Similar to the high strength and chemical resistance of PEEK, but with higher ductility.
Halar® 500LCKey Halar® ECTFE film properties include extremely resistant to UV radiation and low permeability to water and oxygen.
KetaSpire® KT-820KetaSpire® PEEK films have high temperature resistance, excellent chemical and fatigue and strength properties.
PEI (polyetherimide)PEI films have good balance of thermal, mechanical and electrical properties.
Radel® R-5100 NT15Radel® PPSU films are extremely tough and inherently flame retardant.
Solef® PVDF 9009Solef® PVDF films have a relatively low coefficient of friction, and excellent outdoor UV resistance.
Udel® PSU P-1700 NT-11Udel® PSU films are highly resistant to acids, alkali and salt solutions, with a practical toughness and strength.
Veradel® PESU 201 NTVeradel® PESU 201 NT polyethersulfone is a tough, high-strength thermoplastic that is suitable for continuous use up to 180°C (356°F).
