Custom In House Manufacturing

  • Flat-die extrusion of monolayer and multi-layer films (co-extrusion)
  • Thickness capabilities of 1/4 mil (6 microns) to 1/16"" (1.5mm)

  • Slit rolls and sheets available on custom quotation

 

Structures include mono-layer, multi-layer (co-extrusion), and in-line laminated (extrusion coating) structures to meet demanding customer requirements.

Thermoplastic films may be produced via flat die extrusion and coextrusion, in-line lamination (extrusion coating), private labeling/packaging, contract slitting.

Udel® PSU P-1700 NT-11Udel® PSU films are highly resistant to acids, alkali and salt solutions, with a practical toughness and strength.
Veradel® PESU 201 NTVeradel® PESU 201 NT polyethersulfone is a tough, high-strength thermoplastic that is suitable for continuous use up to 180°C (356°F).
