Capterall® solutions support a large range of industries

Capterall-non ferrous metal

Ferrous and Non-ferrous metallurgy

Water savings, lower environmental impact

Our customers working with ferrous and non-ferrous metals need to prevent both multi-metal pollution and metal peaks in their wastewater treatment process. Our easy-to-use solutions can enable water consumption reduction (as about 20% of the process water can be recirculated), thus decreasing the cost and environmental footprint of the process.

Semiconductors and Photovoltaics

Metals and Fluoride in a unique step

High efficiency of metals removal does not always go hand in hand with high removal efficiency of large quantities of Fluoride. Semiconductors and photovoltaic industries need a solution for both problems  and Capterall® adsorbents can handle this challenge in one single step of treatment, decreasing the number of chemicals used and improving the reliability of the process.

Chemical plant

Chemical Industry

A solution able to deal with metals' peak concentration

We provide industrial players in the chemical industry with a simple and non-toxic solution to treat wastewater continuously regardless of high fluctuations in pollutants’ concentration in wastewater streams. Capterall® non-labor-intensive solution enables you to efficiently decrease the incidence of peaks at the outlet of your installation, going from several mg/l to few mg/l or even µg/l.

Power plants and coke industries

We create customized solutions to comply with regulations

We design tailor-made solutions fitting the specifics of power plants’ wastewater treatments to ensure the compliance to stringent regulations on Arsenic, Selenium, Fluorides, Mercury and other metals through an easy-to-use and one-step solution.

Urban Effluents

Facing the emerging challenges

Urban effluents are a mixture of domestic wastewater with industrial wastewater. They are traditionally treated with biological active sludge processes due to matrix, high flow-rate and discharge objectives. However, traditional facilities have poor removal efficiency on new emerging pollutants like polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) and endocrine active substances (EAS).

Groundwater remediation

Problems from the past, solved in the present

Many old industrial sites are facing challenges to implement groundwater decontamination treatments.

We provide our customers with a performant and non-toxic solution able to simultaneously handle fluctuations in levels of arsenic and metals such as mercury.
