Medium temperature, rapid cure vinyl hybrid prepreg, styrene-free, exceptional low level of volatile organic compound emissions. Not currently recommended for the use with carbon reinforcement. Out life at (21°C/70°F) 90 days, Dry Tg (77°C/170°F). Can be rapid cured in less than three minutes.

SolvaLite™ 730 is a next-generation fast cure prepreg, ideally suited to manufacturing press cured structural parts for the serial automotive industry. This product has been designed specifically to suit automated handling and deposition.
SolvaLite 730 can be used to manufacture components with a total cycle time of 60 seconds.
SolvaLite 730 is storage stable at room temperature and does not need to be frozen; this reduces energy costs and eliminates time associated with thawing. These benefits help to simplify the logistics for the part manufacturing process.
SolvaLite 730 represents a step change in Total Cost of Ownership reduction versus currently available fast-curing prepregs.
Fast-curing: 180 seconds at 150°C / 60 seconds at 170°C.
Enhanced mould release properties.
Storage stable at room temperature for six months - no freezing required.
Available in woven fabric and UD formats.

SolvaLiteTM 750 is a two part epoxy resin system developed specifically for the high rate manufacture of components using a High Pressure Resin Transfer Moulding (HP-RTM) process.
With HP-RTM moulding equipment, SolvaLiteTM 750 is able to achieve three minute cure times.
High Tg which exceeds typical curing temperatures making it ideally suited to hot-demoulding.

SolvaLiteTM 760 is a two part liquid epoxy resin system developed for the manufacture of resin impregnated carbon fibre blanks through processes such as filament winding.
SolvaLiteTM 760 is designed to be capable of B-staging such that the material has the required viscosity for impregnation once mixed but then later exhibits a viscosity and in turn flow and handling characteristics normally associated with conventional prepregs.
SolvaLiteTM 760 can be used to manufacture components with a total cure time of 5 minutes.
Maximum DMA E’ onset Tg of 135°C.
Compatible with double diaphragm forming process.
