You’ll be responsible for implementing the purchasing processes within their allocated domain and for providing our in-house thought leaders with all information they need on the products and suppliers available on the market today. In addition to this, you’ll work to strike an effective balance between quality, costs, delivery deadlines and safety.
If you’re interested in this role you should come from an academic background in higher education with strong focus on a scientific, technical or sales discipline. It would be desirable for you to have a post-graduate degree or certification in Purchasing.
You’ll manage improvement and productivity projects in different areas related to purchasing: sourcing, logistics, environment, quality and maintenance. For example, on a day-to-day basis you could be optimizing waste recycling for several factories or managing the overall cost of a flow of raw materials between several sites.
If you’re interested in this role you should come from an academic background in higher education and have strong technical and purchasing skills.
In this role, you’ll be recognized as an expert in a particular area of business such as Raw Materials, Industrial Plants, Plant Maintenance, Transportation or Logistics. As such you’ll coordinate and manage a team of buyers and prioritize high-value activities and projects. Our business will trust you to initiate new purchasing practices and define the most profitable purchasing strategy to the benefit of our in-house clients.
