Are you looking for a different path in finance or accounting? In North America, Solvay offers that alternative – the Foundations for the Future Finance Program!
The primary focus of the FFF Finance program is to train young talent on the principles of cost / variance analysis and control, fixed cost forecasting, and process improvement, including reporting. This group will be comprised of highly motivated and geographically flexible accountants, whose success in the program would serve to highlight their technical and operation skills as they apply them to manufacturing site financials. Solvay will focus on delivering an alternative but equally satisfying experience to a more traditional accounting career path.
Recruitment for this program to begin September 2018.
