About the role

Our team, composed of people around Latam, is integrated in the Solvay Coatis department and focuses on Solvents, Phenol and derivatives, as well as, Polymers, so the opportunity to contribute to Solvay and have a positive impact on Mexico Coatis Business you will be accountable for:

  • Manage & develop a portfolio of Key Accounts (key strategic customers ) in one country or region

  • Develop a strategy (Key Account Plan) for each of them

  • Achieve KPI objectives (sales, gross profit, etc) according to regional marketing & pricing strategy, as well as commercial guidelines

  • Develop high level relationship necessary to deliver these annual/quarter financial targets for the account(s) while sustainably growing the business in line with the Market Roadmap

  • Drive innovation and facilitate product launches

  • We offer a permanent hybrid - travel working mode.

About you

  • Relevant education degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering.

  • Relevant work experience in Sales for Chemical Industry and Polymers Industry

  • Competencies:

    • Sales experience (at least 5 years)

    • Account management

    • Develop of new opportunities and customers

    • Technical knowledge in Chemistry will be a plus

  • Behaviors:

    • Auto motivated

    • Results Oriented

    • Travel will be required

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the primary country base pay reasonably expected for this role is X to X, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.
