Customer Service Sales Representative (F/M/X)

About the role

  • Our Solvay Romanian office team, composed of 3 people, is integrated in the sales division of Solvay and focuses on cooperation with regional customers in collaboration with Solvay plants in Bulgaria, Italy, Germany and France.
  • As a Customer Sales Representative, you will work on keeping and building cooperation with our local and regional customers to support our sales operations. You will get the opportunity to contribute to our business development and have a positive impact on our results.
  • You will be accountable for:
    • Taking full responsibility for all Customer Service Support activities to ensure and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Assisting customers and sales managers with any inquiries, requests, or complaints until resolution is achieved.
    • Managing and expediting notifications and orders, monitoring them through to completion.
    • Collaborating closely with the manager for several administrative tasks to ensure timely resolution
    • Responding promptly to customer requests, calls, or emails and contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives.
    • Coordinates with other functions and organizations to resolve issues ( sales teams, supply chain, logistics, accounting) as they relate to customer support
  • We offer a permanent contract with a 6 months trial period based on hybrid working mode.

About you

  • Relevant education degree or equivalent in sales and marketing or chemistry.
  • Relevant work experience in customer support or management assistance.
  • Competencies:
    • University degree
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support (experience with SAP/CRM is a plus).
    • Proficient in written and spoken English for business communication.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

About the pay and benefits:

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Romania base pay reasonably expected for this role is 700EUR to 1070EUR net, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
