About the role
Our R&I pilot team, composed of 10 people, is integrated in the R&I department and focuses on Rare earth mixed oxide new process, product development in collaboration with multiple departments including Industrial, Business etc.
As a Process engineer, you will work on rare earth mixed oxide product family mainly to support our business. You will get the opportunity to contribute to rare earth business and have a positive impact on Solvay.
You will be accountable for:
New product design and development.
Support business team to meet customer/market needs
Support industrial team for new product industrialization, trouble shooting, process optimization etc.
We offer a fixed-term contract based on onsite working mode.
About you
Relevant education degree or equivalent in Bachelor 3 years after graduation or Fresh master.
Relevant work experience in Chemical engineering and process or Inorganic chemical industry.
Competencies:
Fluent English including speaking, reading and writing
Good communication skill to handle multi-departments
Behaviors:

About the pay and benefits
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the China base pay reasonably expected for this role is 7,000 to 9,000 per month your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
