About the role
Our Solvay Peroxythai -AIE team, composed of 49 people, is integrated in the Production department and focuses on Manufacturing Excellence in collaboration with the Maintenance and HSE Department.
As a Field Operator, you will work on production to support plant day to day operations. You will get the opportunity to contribute to optimization/ improvement and have a positive impact on plant cost and performance.
You will be accountable for:
Be able to work independently with good communication skills.
Be a coordinator between the Production and Maintenance Department.
Prioritize the tasks and contribute to teams between the working groups.
Have the ability to provide more specialized knowledge on specific technology/equipment in a plant.
Follow the agreed upon procedures and make recommendations for improvements.
Lead trouble shooting of the basic systems.
This position is a permanent employee and working at AIE site
About you
High School Diploma with 2 years from Technical school or Bachelor degree in Science or Engineering field.
At least 3 Years’ experience on production operations
Competencies:
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Strong organizational skill with the ability to perform multi-tasks and react to all changing priorities
Trouble-shooting ability.
Having work experiences in DCS control system is preferable
Behaviors:
Comply with HSE regulations
Have supervisor vision and a positive mind-set.

About the pay and benefits
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Thailand monthly base pay reasonably expected for this role is 27,000 to 36,169, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
