Procurement Service Connection Support Specialist (F/M/X)

About the role

  • Our Procurement Service Connection Support worldwide team, composed of 11 people, is integrated in the GBS (Global Business Service) Procurement Service Line, focuses on promoting the standard services and to push for more compliance for any stakeholder in our processes.
  • As a Service Connection Support Specialist, you will build on your service / process knowledge and connectivity to the users and different PSL teams.
  • You will be accountable for:
    • Promote and reinforce standard services: Educate users on available standard services and how to access them to minimize non-compliance.
    • Empower user self-service: Encourage and facilitate user self-service through standard solutions and readily available information.
    • Optimize local organization utilization of PtP(Procurement to Pay) services: Guide local organizations on best practices for utilizing PtP services, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate how these improvements can enhance overall process competitiveness.
    • Provide targeted training: Conduct brief training sessions for user communities to reinforce compliance with PtP solutions.
    • Ensure timely issue resolution: In case of non-compliance, actively engage stakeholders to promptly address and resolve any roadblocks (e.g., Workcycles, unanswered tickets).
  • We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode.

About you

  • Relevant education degree or equivalent in Business, International Relations or related areas
  • Relevant work experience in Procurement area
  • Competencies:
    • Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory), Spanish is desired.
    • SAP experience in the domain
    • Knowledge of process mining tools and similar

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While Brazil monthly base pay reasonably expected for this role is R$ 6.200,00 your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
