Business Intelligence and Support Specialist (F/M/X)

About the role

  • Our Commercial team, composed of 20 people, is integrated in the Strategic Channel department and focuses on gathering and analyzing market information to optimize organizational decision-making, as well as providing support in administrative activities that enable business continuity, in collaboration with various internal departments (Finance, Customer Service, Logistics, etc.) and external suppliers..
  • As a Business Intelligence and Support, you will work on operational optimization, support in product portfolio management and development of pricing policy in a dynamic economic environment, to support the organization's strategic decision-making.. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the deployment of best practices in terms of commercial excellence and have a positive impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's operations..

You will be accountable for:

  • Contributing to the deployment of best practices in terms of commercial excellence: structuring key processes, assisting in the deployment of new tools.
  • Support for product portfolio management through working in project mode (Definition of objectives, method, times).
  • Development of pricing policy in a dynamic economic environment and performing quantitative analyses (price, etc.) and synthesizing information.
  • Support in administrative assistance activities to the SCP WW Commercial Network & Country Director: agenda, expense reports, meetings, visitors, telephone line attention.
  • Leading company social events and medical tests.
  • We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode.

About you

  • Relevant education degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Marketing or Similar.
  • Relevant work experience in SAP, Microsoft Office or one year of experience in the chemical industry (desirable).

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Mexico base pay reasonably expected for this role is 25,000 to 27,000 MXN monthly, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
