  • Payment Processing: Oversee the execution of all payments in the EMEA region and the In-house bank perimeter, ensuring adherence to internal controls and cut-off times.
  • Daily checks: Cash and Foreign Exchange (FX) exposure & counterparty risks in the respect of the limits set by Corporate Treasury.
  • System Integrity: Maintain the accuracy and integrity of data within the Treasury Management System (TMS) and banking platforms.
  • Compliance & Audit: Ensure all treasury operations activities comply with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements. Assist in quarterly and annual internal/external audits.
  • Mentorship & Coaching: Manage, mentor, and coach the Treasury Operations Specialist and trainee (two direct reports), providing guidance on daily tasks, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
  • Workflow Management: Allocate tasks and manage the daily workflow to ensure all operational deadlines are met efficiently and accurately.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and enhance treasury operational processes, controls, and reporting to increase efficiency and mitigate risk.
  • Training: Develop and maintain up-to-date desk procedures for all critical functions and ensure the team is cross-trained.

We offer a permanent contract based on a hybrid working mode.
