About the role
Our Process Intensification team, to be created with 6 team members within the Research & Innovation (R&I) department, will focus on achieving significant energy and CAPEX reductions through technical leadership, expertise in equipment design, and strong collaborations with internal engineering teams, plant operations, and external partners (academic institutions and technology providers).
As a Process Intensification Engineer, you will work on heat integration technologies, process equipment design, and optimization strategies to support energy efficiency and sustainability objectives. About you
Ph.D or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field. Relevant work experience of minimum 2 years in process intensification or heat integration within chemical manufacturing (minimum 2 years).

About the pay
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is € 51,200 - € 74,800 per year in Italy.
Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
