About the Role

The Benelux Site HR team, consisting of 4 people, focuses on aligning the corporate HR policy with the local reality across the 8 Solvay sites in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and the United Kingdom. As a Site HR Partner for the Solvay sites in Linne-Herten (NL) and Zandvliet (BE), covering approximately 150 employees, you contribute to the onboarding and development of talents, the daily management of the workforce, and maintaining a positive dynamic within the teams, as well as a constructive social dialogue. You will be on-site at Linne-Herten and Zandvliet at least once a week and maintain regular contact with colleagues at the Head Office in Brussels. You will be responsible for:

Local HR and Legal Expertise: Monitoring HR legislation and regulations within your scope and updating local HR policy regarding employment, training, employer branding, compensation & benefits, etc.
Engagement and Transformation: Supporting and locally developing HR projects and development initiatives driven by the Global Business Unit Peroxides and Corporate Solvay.
On-site Guidance: Providing support to employees and managers within the modernized HR organization, which consists of Corporate HR, Site HR, and a Shared Service Center (including payroll).
Social Relations: Maintaining dialogue with employee representatives and local social institutions.
Negotiation and implementation of collective labor agreements.

We offer a full-time permanent contract or a part-time (60% to 80%) contract, based on a hybrid working model, requiring your presence in Linne - Herten & Zandvliet at least once a week.

About You

Education and degree in social law or human resources, or equivalent through experience.
Relevant work experience in HR, preferably in an industrial environment, with knowledge of Dutch and Belgian social law.
Skills:
- Excellent command of Dutch. English and/or French is a plus.
- Highly developed social skills.
- Analytical and acting with integrity.

- Dynamic team player.
- High degree of autonomy.

Salary and Benefits

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is:
- € 69120 - € 92000 per year in Belgium
- € 65600 - € 89000 per year in The Netherlands
Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.

Over de functie

Lokale HR en juridische expertise: opvolging van HR wet- en regelgeving in jouw scope en actualisatie van het lokale HR-beleid op het gebied van werkgelegenheid, opleiding, employer branding, verloning & benefits, etc.
Betrokkenheid en transformatie: ondersteunen en lokaal uitwerken van HR projecten en ontwikkelingsinitiatieven gestuurd door de Global Business Unit Peroxides en Corporate Solvay.
On-site begeleiding: van medewerkers en managers binnen de vernieuwde HR organisatie bestaande uit Corporate HR, Site HR en een Shared Service Center met o.a. payroll.
Sociale relaties: Onderhouden van de dialoog met personeelsvertegenwoordigers en lokale sociale instanties.
Onderhandeling en implementatie van collectieve arbeidsovereenkomsten.

Wij bieden een voltijds vast contract, op basis van een hybride werkvorm, waarbij je min. één keer per week aanwezig bent in Linne - Herten & Zandvliet.

Over jou:

Opleiding en diploma in sociaal recht of human resources, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
Relevante werkervaring in HR, bij voorkeur in een industriële omgeving, met kennis van Nederlands en Belgisch sociaal recht.

Vaardigheden:

Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands. Engels en/of Frans is een plus.

Salaris en voordelen

Contract van onbepaalde duur, gevestigd in België of Nederland.
Aantrekkelijk verloningspakket: de vergoeding wordt bepaald binnen een bepaalde loonvork om jouw ontwikkeling in de functie te bevorderen. Hoewel het verwachte basissalaris voor deze functie in België/ Nederland tussen € 65.000 en € 85.000 ligt, kan het salaris uiteindelijk hoger of lager uitvallen, afhankelijk van jouw vaardigheden en ervaring. Bovendien bieden we een totaalpakket aan met competitieve voordelen, waaronder een variabele bonus en groepsverzekering.
