About the role

  • Our People Services team, composed of 30 people, is integrated in the Human Resources department, focuses on providing operational support to employees in collaboration with HR representatives and stakeholders and as well on data maintenance in collaboration with the HR community.
  • As an People Experience and Data Management Trainee, you will work on solving technical problems regarding strategic HR processes, propose improvement ideas for the processes and deliver solutions to the required HR requests to support employees, managers and the HR family. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the high level service standards and have a positive impact on the business and employee day-to-day queries with a simplification mindset.
  • You will be accountable for:
    • Improve HR processes and people experience while using the HR tools.
    • Update databases with information provided by internal customers.
    • Follow up, collaborate and communicate with HR peers and stakeholders to ensure employee’s satisfaction.
    • Support data entry for various HR processes including position management, hires, rate changes, promotions, transfers, terminations and data corrections in our Success Factors Employee Central HCM system.
    • Support in creation of work process documentation.
  • We offer an Internship (12 months) contract based on hybrid working mode.


About you

  • Relevant education degree in Human Resources, Data Management or equivalent.
  • Competencies:
    • Fluent in English.
    • Intermediate Excel knowledge
    • Ability to work with digital tools
  • Behaviors:
    • Multitasking: able to manage several topics and to prioritize.
    • Critical Thinking and creativity on finding solutions.
    • Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively, while always maintaining customer orientation.


About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. Portugal's base pay range for this role is 940 EUR up to 1040 EUR a month, based on your academic background.
