About the role
Our Mine Maintenance department, composed of approximately 68 people, is integrated with the Mine Operations and Mine Utility teams and focuses on safe and reliable operation and minimal downtime of all mine assets in collaboration with the overall mine production budget.
As a Mine Maintenance Electrician, you will perform maintenance/electrical troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems to include low, medium, high voltage, and AC/DC systems related to underground mining equipment. Coordinate maintenance activities with mine production and operations to ensure well planned and coordinated actions are consistent with the goals of the mine. Perform proper risk assessments and inspections of work areas and equipment.

- Work directly with the GM to support all aspects of her daily work routine.
We offer employment based on site working a 12 hour shift rotation of both days and graves, 6am to 6pm schedule
About you
High School Diploma required. Five years of applicable mine electrical experience required. Formal education/training in the electrical discipline preferred. MSHA electrical certification is a plus. Successful candidate must pass the Solvay underground mine maintenance electrical test at the grade B level.

About the pay and benefits
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is:
$48.00-$49.40 per hour in the United States.
