Amodel® A-1130 FW is a 30% glass-fiber reinforced polyphthalamide (PPA) grade containing a solid lubricant. This resin was designed for moderate-pressure, low-velocity friction and wear applications. 

Amodel® A-1133 HS is a 33% glass reinforced, heat stabilized polyphthalamide (PPA) with a high heat deflection temperature, high flexural modulus and high tensile strength. Excellent creep resistance and low moisture absorption are also characteristic of this resin. Testing conducted on samples dry as molded and samples conditioned to 50% relative humidity in accordance with ISO-1110, Accelerated Method. 

Amodel® A-1145 DW is a 45% glass-fiber-reinforced resin designed for high strength and stiffness and improved hydrolytic stability. This material has low moisture absorption and a low coefficient of thermal expansion, which means excellent dimensional stability. Creep resistance is also exceptional.
This grade has been approved for use with potable water in the United States, France, Germany, and the United Kingdom. 

Amodel® A-1145 HS is a 45% glass reinforced, heat stabilized polyphthalamide (PPA) with a high heat deflection temperature, very high flexural modulus and very high tensile strength. Excellent creep resistance and low moisture absorption are also characteristic of this resin. 

Amodel® A-1145 HS LZT is an NIR laser transmissive, 45% glass reinforced, heat stabilized polyphthalamide (PPA) with a high heat deflection temperature, very high flexural modulus and very high tensile strength. Excellent creep resistance and low moisture absorption are also characteristics of this resin. This grade is designed to be paired with other Amodel® black grades for black-on-black laser welding applications.

Amodel® A-1565 HS is a 65% glass and mineral-reinforced polyphthalamide (PPA) designed to be cost-effective in applications requiring high stiffness, good dimensional stability and good retention of stiffness at elevated temperatures. This grade also exhibits a high deflection temperature and flexural modulus. 

Amodel® A-1625 HS is a carbon and glass-reinforced, heat-stabilized grade of polyphthalamide (PPA). It is formulated for applications requiring the dissipation of static charge. This material is well suited for fuel systems applications requiring low permeation, low swell, and high thermal resistance. It can also be used for components of electrical/electronic systems requiring high strength and stiffness, as well as static charge dissipation. Amodel® A-1625 HS provides low moisture absorption, excellent dimensional stability and has creep resistance superior to other electrostatic dissipative materials. 

Amodel® A-1933 HSL is a 33% glass reinforced grade of polyphthalamide (PPA) resin. This grade was developed specifically for improved performance in a 50/50 ethylene glycol and water environment. This material was tested using the aggressive automotive coolant system, ethylene glycol with organic acid stabilizer, at 130°C (266°F). It exceeds the performance required by the automotive industry for polymeric materials exposed to high-temperature antifreeze solutions. Potential applications include a variety of automotive components such as thermostat housings, heater core endcaps, heater hose connectors, and water inlets, outlets, and valves. 

Amodel® A-4133 HH Bk is a 35% glass fiber reinforced heat stabilized grade of polyphthalamide (PPA) that has been designed to provide outstanding property retention to thermal oxidative degradation at temperatures of 230°C. Other features are fast cycling and hot water moldability. This product is particularly suitable to air induction applications within downsized automotive engines such as air induction charge air cooling and exhaust gas recirculation.
This grade features high heat deflection temperature, high flexural modulus and high tensile strength, as well as excellent creep resistance and low moisture absorption.

Amodel® A-4145 HH is a 45% glass fiber reinforced heat stabilized grade of polyphthalamide (PPA) that has been designed to provide outstanding property retention to thermal oxidative degradation at temperatures of 230°C. Amodel® A-4160 L is a 60% glass reinforced polyphthalamide (PPA) which exhibits high modulus, a high heat deflection temperature, and exceptional creep resistance. This material was designed to replace metal and is particularly suited for corrosion sensitive applications. Its rapid crystallization and good flow characteristics allow shorter cycles for enhanced molding productivity.

Amodel® A-4160 HSL resin is a 60% glass reinforced, heat stabilized polyphthalamide (PPA) which exhibits high modulus at elevated temperatures, a high heat deflection temperature and exceptional creep resistance. This material was designed for metal replacement applications. Its rapid crystallization and Good Flow characteristics allow shorter cycles for enhanced molding productivity. 

Amodel® A-4422 LS resin is a 22% reinforced, light-stabilized, high-reflectivity white grade of polyphthalamide (PPA). The material exhibits high heat resistance, high strength and stiffness over a broad temperature range, low moisture absorption, excellent chemical resistance, and excellent electrical properties. 
Its rapid crystallization rate and high flow characteristics can result in shorter cycles, thereby enhancing molding productivity and lowering costs.

Amodel® A-6135 HN polyphthalamide (PPA) is a 35% glass reinforced resin that is heat stabilized, lubricated and hot-water moldable. Key properties of the resin are high heat resistance, high strength and stiffness over a broad temperature range. It also exhibits low moisture absorption, excellent chemical resistance and excellent electrical properties. Amodel® A-6135 HN resin is ideal for automotive electrical and electronic applications, including connectors, sockets, switches and sensors. It is also a good choice for under-hood enclosures that protect critical control systems such as anti-lock brakes, traction control, steering, electronic engine control, transmission and chassis control units. 

Amodel® A-6440 L is a 40% mineral-reinforced, hot-water moldable polyphthalamide (PPA) resin. Key properties include heat resistance, high strength and stiffness, and low moisture absorption. This grade is particularly suited for electronic applications, including LEDs, switchers and sensors.

Amodel® A-8930 HS is a 30% glass-fiber-reinforced, heat-stabilized polyphthalamide (PPA) with a high heat deflection temperature and very high tensile strength. Excellent creep resistance and low moisture absorption are also characteristic of this resin. 

Amodel® A-8940 HS is a 40% glass-fiber-reinforced, heat-stabilized polyphthalamide (PPA) with a high heat deflection temperature and very high tensile strength. Excellent creep resistance and low moisture absorption are also characteristic of this resin. 

Amodel® A-8950 HS is a 50% glass-fiber-reinforced, heat-stabilized polyphthalamide (PPA) with a high heat deflection temperature and very high tensile strength. Excellent creep resistance, low moisture absorption and glycol resistance are also characteristic of this resin. 

Amodel® AE-8930 is a 30% glass reinforced polyphthalamide (PPA) designed to work in the modern automotive electrical environment. This grade features a high heat deflection temperature, high flexural modulus and high tensile strength, as well as excellent creep resistance and low moisture absorption.
