TECHNYL eXten® D 218CR V33 Black is a glass fiber reinforced grade based on polyamide blend of polyamide 6.10 and polyamide 66, heat stabilized, for injection moulding. This grade shows outstanding resistance to hydrolysis and chemical resistance to long life automotive coolants. It also offers an excellent crack resistance to calcium chloride road salts, good injection process ability, high surface aspect quality, and high overall mechanical and thermal properties.

TECHNYL eXten® D 238 V30 Black is a polyamide 6.10, reinforced with 30% of glass fibre, heat stabilized, impact modified, for injection moulding. Thi grade offers excellent chemical resistance, low water absorption, very good mechanical properties and moldability. It is a partially bio-sourced material.

TECHNYL eXten® D 247F Natural is an unfilled grade based on polyamide blend of polyamide 6.10 and polyamide 66, heat stabilized, impact modified, for injection moulding. This grade has been designed to offer high impact strength, alkali resistance and excellent productivity. It is a partially bio-sourced material.

TECHNYL eXten® D 437P Natural is a polyamide 6.10, medium viscosity, unfilled, plasticized, UV and heat stabilized, for extrusion applications. This polyamide 6,10 for extrusion is specially performing where high flexibility and toughness are requested. It is specially developed for automotive and other applications where a long term high temperature usage is requested. It is a partially bio-sourced material.

TECHNYL eXten® D 219CR V33 Natural is a grade based on polyamide blend of polyamide 6.10 and polyamide 66, reinforced with 33% of glass fiber, heat stabilized with organic stabilizers, for injection moulding.

TECHNYL eXten® D 219WFC V30 Black is a polyamide 6.10, reinforced with 30% of glass fibre, heat stabilized with organic stabilizers, for injection moulding. This grade offers lower water uptake, higher dimensional stability and enhanced chlorine resistance versus standard PA 6.6. It offers too an enhanced corrosion resistance, a reduction in lead levels versus standard metal solutions and an increase in ease of processing and part design freedom versus metal solutions and other plastics. It is used for cold and warm water plumbing components including, but not limited to, components in contact with drinking water systems globally where elevated levels of chlorine could be present.
