CYASORB CYNERGY SOLUTIONS® A400 is an additive designed to protect against polymer degradation in agricultural applications such as greenhouse and mulch films, solarization films, shade cloths and ground covers. A key difference between CYASORB CYNERGY SOLUTIONS® A400 and A430 is service life. A400 is best suited for applications requiring 2+ year service life. It provides excellent thermal and UV protection to polymers such as PE and EVA, and is resistant to commonly used aggressive pesticides and fumigants. A400 improves thermal stability during film processing and service, and does not interfere with light transmission, thereby supporting enhanced crop yield in greenhouses. A400 is compatible with UV absorbers and mulch pigments.

CYASORB CYNERGY SOLUTIONS® A430 is an additive designed to protect against polymer degradation in agricultural applications such as greenhouse and tunnel films. A key difference between CYASORB CYNERGY SOLUTIONS® A430 and A400 is service life. A430 is best suited for applications requiring 3 or 4+ year service life. It provides outstanding thermal and UV protection to polymers such as PE and EVA, and is resistant to commonly used aggressive pesticides and fumigants.  A430 improves thermal stability during film processing and service, and does not interfere with light transmission, thereby supporting enhanced crop yield in greenhouses. It is compatible with UV absorbers and pigments.  

CYASORB CYNERGY SOLUTIONS® B877 is an additive designed to protect polymers against UV light degradation in building and construction applications such as composite roofing tiles and shakes, polymer siding, solar shingles (BIPV), plastic trim, doors, shutters, window frames and stadium seats. B877 provides long-term UV light protection to polymers such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and thermoplastic olefin (TPO). The product is a non-blooming stabilizer that extends the lifespan of polymeric applications by preserving their physical and surface properties. For example, it helps prevent microcrack formation and provides excellent color and gloss retention. Additionally, B877 does not interfere with other system components, such as pigments and fillers, and can be combined with antioxidants to increase thermal stability.

CYASORB CYNERGY SOLUTIONS® B878T is an additive solution designed to protect polymers against both UV light and thermal degradation in building and construction applications such as roofing membranes, composite roofing tiles and shakes, polymer siding, solar shingles (BIPV), geomembranes, plastic trim, doors, shutters and window frames. A key difference between CYASORB CYNERGY SOLUTIONS® B878T and B877 – which is also part of the B series – is B878T’s superior heat protection. B878T extends the lifespan of polymeric applications by preserving their physical and surface properties. For example, it helps prevent microcrack formation and provides excellent color and gloss retention. Additionally, B878T is a non-blooming solution and does not interfere with post treatments such as sealing and painting. 

CYASORB CYNERGY SOLUTIONS® M528 light stabilizer is specifically designed to provide greater formulation flexibility and production efficiency to masterbatch producers. The high efficiency of this 100% active product enables its users to reach similar performance as traditional HALS at half the loading required and to add other functional additives into the masterbatch. CYASORB CYNERGY SOLUTIONS® M528 light stabilizer satisfies critical performance requirements for injection molded, blow molded and rotational molded durable PE products including crates, boxes, drums, storage and industrial containers, water tanks, trash and roll-out carts, and toys.

CYASORB CYNERGY SOLUTIONS® M535 light stabilizer satisfies critical performance requirements for injection molded and blow molded durable PE products including crates, boxes, drums, storage and industrial containers, water tanks, trash and roll-out carts, and toys. CYASORB CYNERGY SOLUTIONS® M535 light stabilizer imparts excellent UV protection to natural and pigmented PE molded durable applications from 4000 to 16000 hours ASTM G155 weathering. The incorporated CYFLOW™ technology provides an easy-to-handle, dust-free pellet reducing dust exposure, product agglomeration and feeder blockage to resin producers and molders.
