CYCOM® 1908/T800-12K is a 300⁰F - 350⁰F (149⁰C - 177⁰C) curing epoxy resin with a wet service temperature of 180⁰F - 200⁰F (82⁰C - 93⁰C) and a dry service temperature of 250⁰F - 350⁰F (121⁰C - 177⁰C).

Six sigma principles have been employed to optimize the chemistry of CYCOM® 2035 to give excellent toughness and crash performance with processing ease.
CYCOM® 2035 can be initially autoclave cured between 185°F and 356°F (85°C and 180°C). Free-standing postcures can be applied following lower temperature cures to improve Tg and temperature performance.

CYCOM® 5209
CYCOM® 5209 is a 200°F to 275°F (93°C to 135°C) curing modified epoxy resin with a service temperature range of -67°F to 180°F (-55°C to 82°C). CYCOM® 5209 prepreg can be produced with unidirectional carbon fiber. Unidirectional prepreg is manufactured by the hot-melt process and contains no solvent volatiles.
Typical applications for CYCOM® 5209 include helicopter structures, rotor blades, and commercial aircraft structures.

CYCOM® 5225 resin is a 300F - 350F cure, controlled flow, toughened, epoxy system that has a large processing window. This material has the ability to be cured using either an autoclave or press mold processing and exhibit excellent high temperature service performance up to 250F°. This material is available in unidirectional tape and fabric prepreg form in a variety of widths and fiber weights and has a shelf life of 12 months when stored at 0°F (-18°C). The history of performance of this resin system has been with standard modulus graphite fiber on helicopter blades and other structural components.
