CYCOM® 5250-4 RTM is a true one-part homogeneous BMI resin developed specifically for the resin transfer molding (RTM) process. It reaches very low viscosity during transfer and maintains a low viscosity for several hours, providing the maximum capability to fabricate complex parts. Laminates fabricated from CYCOM 5250-4 RTM are capable of service temperatures up to 400°F (204°C), but its toughness and processability make it an ideal material for 180°F (82°C) temperature applications where epoxies are commonly used. | CYCOM 5250-4 RTM offers the highest open hole compression (OHC) value of any organic matrix resin while providing the highest level of toughness available in an RTM capable matrix resin.

CYCOM® 5320-1 is a toughened epoxy resin prepreg system designed for out-of-autoclave manufacturing of primary structural applications. Because of its lower temperature curing capability, it is also suitable for prototyping where low cost tooling or vacuum-bag-only curing is required.
CYCOM® 5320-1 handles like standard prepreg, yet can be vacuum bag cured to produce autoclave quality parts having very low porosity. It offers mechanical properties equivalent to other 350°F (177°C) autoclave-cured toughened epoxy prepreg systems after a 350°F (177°C) freestanding postcure.

Liquid epoxy resin system. Available as a one-part system, with one working week out-life at room temperature so as to remove the requirement for customers to carry out resin mixing and its associated quality control processes. Its frozen storage shelf-life is 6 months at 0°F (-18°C). If extended ambient storage is required then the resin could be supplies as a two-part system.
The viscosity is low enough at room temperature to allow injection without having to heat either the resin or the transfer pipework. When the resin is heated to the cure temperature its viscosity is further reduced, helping to ensure full wet-out of the reinforcing fibers.
Fully cured after one hour at 255°F (125°C) giving a continuous dry service performance of 230°F (110°C) and a continuous hot/wet service performance of 195°F (90°C).
