MTM46 is a high performance, 135°C (275°F) curing, toughened epoxy resin formulated for the production of aircraft structures (FAR23 aircraft and unmanned air vehicles (UAVs). MTM46 exhibits excellent retention of Tg under wet conditions. MTM46 can be processed via low pressure vacuum-bag Out-of-Autoclave (OoA) moulding or autoclave moulding. MTM46 can be cured at temperatures as low as 80°C (176°F), allowing the use of low cost tooling for prototypes and short production runs. MTM46 meets NASA outgassing requirements and can be used in space structures. Meets NASA outgassing standards when tested to ECSS-Q-ST-70-02C.

MTM49 prepregs are 75 to 160°C (167 to 320°F) curing, toughened epoxy prepreg resin system developed specifically for the manufacture of components. MTM49 prepregs exhibit a good balance of Tg and toughness properties, excellent ambient and hot mechanical performance combined with good impact resistance after only moderate cure cycles. These prepregs are suitable for aerospace and general industrial applications. 170°C (338°F) Tg.

MTM® 49-1L is an 80 to 160°C (176 to 320°F) curing, toughened epoxy matrix resin developed for component manufacture. MTM49-1L prepregs exhibit excellent ambient and hot mechanical performance combined with good impact resistance. Autoclave or press moulding. Range of end use temperatures, depending on application and post-cure.

MTM® 49L is a toughened epoxy resin developed for the manufacture of components. MTM® 49L prepregs exhibit excellent hot and wet performance combined with good impact resistance. 120°C (248°F) cure temperature. Autoclave or press moulding. Wet Tg up to 105°C (221°F).

Black pigmented, flame-retarded curing epoxy resin matrix. MTM® 54FRB is suitable for a 15 minutes press cure at 140°C (284°F). 30 days out life at 21°C (70°F). Dry Tg 150°C (302°F). MTM55 is a controlled flow, 120°C (248°F) curing epoxy resin developed for autoclave, oven vacuum bag and press moulding of components where exceptional surface quality is required. MTM55 exhibits enhanced toughness and is particularly suited to cosmetic applications and the sports good market. Supplied on a range of lightweight surface plies and a limited range of heavier reinforcements. Service temperature up to 90°C (194°F).

MTM56 series prepregs are based on 120°C (248°F) curing toughened, epoxy matrix resins that have been specifically developed for rapid cure of components ( 10 minutes at 120°C (248°F)). MTM56 series prepregs exhibit excellent toughness and, after a suitable post-cure, can be used at temperatures up to 100°C (212°F). Versatile processing: autoclave, oven vacuum bag and press moulding. Available in ZPREG® selective impregnation format.

MTM® 56-2FRB is a black-pigmented, flame-retarded, toughened, epoxy resin system suitable for autoclave, oven vacuum bag or press moulding processes.
MTM® 56-2FRB  can be cured after 10 minutes at 150°C (302°F) making it an ideal product for rapid processing.

MTM59 is a 120°C (248°F) curing, tough epoxy matrix resin for component manufacture. This resin system has low tack characteristics, making it ideal for use in moulding applications where hot tooling is employed. MTM59 is recommended for applications requiring X-ray transparency.

Medium temperature, highly toughened epoxy system. Typical initial cure (135°C/275°F) for 90mins. Out life at (21°C/70°F) 30 days. Dry Tg (145°C/293°F) and (190°C/374°F) after post-cure.
