About the role
Our Automation team is part of the Maintenance / Reliability department and focuses on the performance and reliability of the site’s automation systems, working closely with the maintenance, operations, and project teams.
As an Automation Engineer, you will work on industrial PLCs, control systems, and industrial networks to support the performance and safety of the installations. You will have the opportunity to contribute to investment projects and make a positive impact on equipment reliability. You will be responsible for:
Designing and modifying industrial PLC programs (Siemens, Schneider, or equivalent) and the DeltaV DCS.
Ensuring the operational availability of control systems, PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial networks.
Participating in risk analyses and integrating safety requirements related to Seveso environments.
Leading or contributing to investment and modernization projects.
Performing complex troubleshooting and providing technical support to teams.

About you
You hold an Engineering degree or a Master’s (Bac+5) in automation, electrical engineering, industrial computing, or a related field. You have 3 to 10 years of experience in industrial automation, ideally in the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical industries, or on a Seveso‑classified site.
Competencies:
Proficiency with Schneider EcoStruxure PLCs and knowledge of DeltaV.
Industrial networks: Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP.
Control system and SIS architectures; awareness of industrial cybersecurity.

About the salary
We offer an attractive and equitable compensation package: the base salary range for this role is €45,520 – €56,900 per year in France.
Your salary may be adjusted based on your skills and experience. A competitive set of rewards is also offered, including a bonus and/or additional incentives.

Notre équipe Automatisme est intégrée au sein du département Maintenance / Fiabilité et se concentre sur la performance et la fiabilité des systèmes d’automatisme du site, en collaboration avec les équipes maintenance, exploitation et projets.
En tant que Ingénieur(e) Automatisme, vous travaillerez sur les automates industriels, les systèmes de contrôle‑commande et les réseaux industriels pour soutenir la performance et la sécurité des installations. Vous aurez l’opportunité de contribuer aux projets d’investissement et d’avoir un impact positif sur la fiabilité des équipements. Vous serez responsable de :
Concevoir et modifier les programmes des automates industriels (Siemens, Schneider, équivalent) et du DCS DeltaV.
Assurer le maintien opérationnel des systèmes de contrôle‑commande, automates, superviseurs et réseaux industriels.
Participer aux analyses de risques et intégrer les exigences de sécurité liées aux environnements Seveso.
Piloter ou contribuer aux projets d’investissement et de modernisation des installations.
Réaliser les diagnostics de pannes complexes et apporter un support technique aux équipes.
Nous proposons un contrat à durée indéterminée, basé sur site.
A propos de vous
Formation Ingénieur ou Bac+5 en automatisme, électrotechnique, informatique industrielle ou équivalent. Expérience de 3 à 10 ans en automatisme industriel, idéalement en industrie chimique, pétrochimique, pharmaceutique ou site classé Seveso.
Compétences
Maîtrise des automates Schneider EcoStruxure et connaissance DeltaV.
Réseaux industriels : Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP.
Architectures contrôle‑commande et SIS ; sensibilité cybersécurité industrielle.

Rémunération attractive et équitable pour tous : la compensation est déterminée dans une fourchette pour favoriser votre développement dans le rôle. La rémunération de base attendue pour ce rôle est de 45520 € – 56900 € par an en France.
