Our Code of Business Integrity is the cornerstone of our Ethics & Compliance program. It applies to every Solvay employee, regardless of location or role, and to all third parties acting on Solvay’s behalf.

The Supplier Code of Business Integrity applies to all Solvay suppliers of goods or services. We encourage our suppliers to implement its requirements and to actively promote best practices and continuous improvement.

This Policy provides a framework of rules and procedures to detect, prevent, and address potential violations related to Corruption and Bribery. 

This Policy sets the rules, principles and guidelines for avoiding and disclosing any actual or potential conflict of interest or an appearance thereof.

Solvay supports the global responsible sourcing of tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold from conflict-affected and high-risk areas.

This Policy sets the rules of engagement for ethical security researchers, to identify and submit information on security vulnerabilities.

This Policy sets a framework of rules and procedures when exchanging Gifts and Entertainment; making Charitable Donations; and Sponsoring Events, including use of the Gifts and Entertainment Tracking System (GETS).

This Policy states Solvay’s strong commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility, including the protection and advancement of Human Rights, establishing the principles to ensure respect for human rights and due diligence requirements to avoid any infringement of, any adverse impact on or abuses of human rights. 

The purpose of this Policy is to encourage all our employees and business partners to raise their voice through our reporting channels regarding misconduct, illegal activities, and unethical behaviors which are in breach of our Group Policies, Code of Business Integrity or the laws.

This report has been prepared for the calendar year ended December 31, 2025, in compliance with Canada’s Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act (the “Act”) by Solvay Chemicals, Inc. (“Solvay Chemicals”) and American Soda LLC (“American Soda”).

This statement is made under the provisions of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the ‘Act’) and with reference to the guidelines issued from time to time by the Home Office. It sets forth steps taken by Solvay during the financial year to minimise the risk of any slavery or human trafficking, (together, ‘Modern Slavery’) taking place in any part of its business or in any of its supply chains. Modern Slavery encompasses slavery, servitude, human trafficking and forced labour.

Solvay ensures that its product portfolio complies with all the relevant regional and national chemical regulations.

Solvay currently places over 1,000 products on the market and produces safety data sheets (SDS) in many languages, as well as specific SDS for varying countries.
