Brussels, September 28, 2017 ---Following the closing of the cash tender offer on September 27, 2018, Solvay publishes the final results of the buyback operation related to the following issuances:
USD 400 million 3.5% senior bonds due 2023 (CUSIP/ISIN: 232820AJ9/US232820AJ97).
USD 250 million 3.95% senior bonds due 2025 (CUSIP/ISIN: 232820AK6/US232820AK60).
It intends to repurchase 51% of the outstanding aggregate principal amount of the USD 400 million senior bonds due 2023 for a total amount of $204 million, and 34.6% of the outstanding aggregate principal amount of the USD 250 million senior bonds due 2025 for a total amount of $87 million.
