About the role

 

Our Digital Technology Human Resources team, composed of 5 people, is integrated in the Digital Technology department and focuses on defining and deploying HR processes and related applications in collaboration with the HR teams.

 

As a SuccessFactors and HR Technologies Specialist, you will work on delivery of SuccessFactors Core HR modules, while also supporting digital tools and workflows across Facilities, Communications, and Legal domains ensuring operational alignment, system optimization, and a consistent user experience, by acting as a bridge between functional teams and technical solutions.

 

You will get the opportunity to contribute to the design, configuration, and delivery of SuccessFactors HR modules and have a positive impact on the Solvay HR landscape. You will be accountable for:

  • Business Analysis & Solution Design
  • Strategic Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Stakeholder Support & Communication
  • Translate HR stakeholder requirements into functional specifications and technical designs
  • Optimize IT delivery processes transversally to the different teams

 

We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode.

 

About you

 

Relevant education degree or equivalent in IT or Human Resources.

Relevant work experience in enhancing employee experience through HR systems and cross-functional solutions and/or Project Management in SuccessFactors Core HR Modules.

 

Competencies:

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification required. Additional certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with project management and SuccessFactors implementation / enhancements.
  • Proficiency with Integration Center and integration technologies.
  • Strong background in designing, configuring, and deploying HR processes in SuccessFactors.

  • Solid project management and organizational skills, familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail.

 

About the pay

 

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is € 38960 - € 58400 per year in Portugal.

Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
