About the role
Our Talent & Pay Services team, composed of 20 people, is integrated in the People Services & Data department and focuses on providing support to all Solvay employees in collaboration with the HR Center of Expertise and stakeholders.
As a Learning Platform Operations Specialist, you will work on the administration of our Learning Management System (LMS), drive user adoption through effective change communication, and ensure that our global learning portfolio - including critical compliance training - is delivered seamlessly to support the Learning Catalog. You will get the opportunity to contribute to translate learning needs into technical reality and have a positive impact acting as a strategic partner to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Centers of Expertise (CoE). About you
Relevant education degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related. Relevant work experience of 3–5 years of experience in LMS Administration, Learning Operations, or HR Digital Learning Systems.

About the pay
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is € 25000 - € 28000 per year in Portugal.
Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
