About the role 

Our Human Resources  team, composed of 8 people, is integrated in the HR Connect  department and focuses on supporting the employees in collaboration with the business.

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will work on Benefits Local Coordination being responsible for all Country and Site HR Benefits activities. You will get the opportunity to contribute and interact with the Total Rewards Team.  You will be accountable for: 

  • Define and align benefits strategy, objectives, and expected outcomes
  • Plan, launch, and optimize benefits programs (including approvals and changes)
  • Select and manage vendors, contracts, and associated costs
  • Ensure compliance, governance, audits, and regulatory adherence (incl. IAS 19)
  • Drive communication, employee education, feedback, and continuous improvement through data and insights

 

We offer a fixed-term contract (9 months) based on hybrid working mode. 

 

 

About you 

Relevant education degree or equivalent in Business Administration or other degrees with experience in Human Resources. 5 to 10 years of experience in an HR-related role 

 

Competencies: 

  • Relevant work experience in Benefits. 
  • Advanced English 
  • Knowledge of Pension Plans (nice to have) 

 

Behaviors:

  • Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Flexible, results-oriented mindset

 

 

About the pay 

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the primary country base pay reasonably expected for this role is R$ 171 200 -  R$ 214.000 (with 13o salary included), your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
