About the role 

 

Our Industrial Operation and Technology Team, composed of 14 people, is integrated in the BU Peroxide and focuses on providing support to industrial sites, ensuring to deploy Safety, Sustainability and Performance initiatives. 
  
As a Technical Data & Knowledge Management Intern, you will contribute to knowledge management initiatives, including revamping training materials to support onboarding, and enhancing data structures to improve industrial dashboards, providing better visibility on projects and initiatives deployed across industrial sites. 

You will be accountable for:   

 

  • Document management: Re-connect files and folders from previous google folder/files structure to new MS /shared drive folder/files structure at GBU level;  

  • Document management: improvement/optimization project -> help in definition of future/standard structure at GBU level;  

  • Preparing training documents: revamping of old training documents with adaptation to new Gen-Z audience (to make it more impactful);  

  • Re-creation of the Industrial dashboard and Process dashboard in Power BI at GBU level;  

  • Updating our GBU Technology internal website.  

 

We offer a 6-month on-site internship, starting in September. 

 

About you  

  
Relevant chemical engineering degree with minor or relevant experience in data science.  
 

Competencies:  

  • Relevant experience in Knowledge Management and data structuring (advanced Excel and Power BI visualization required). 

  • English Proficiency. 

  • Additional languages such as Dutch, French, or Mandarin are a plus. 

  • Experience with AI is an asset.

About the pay  

  
The base pay expected for this internship role is 350€ per month.
