About the role
As a Procurement P2P Performance & Compliance Specialist, you will drive performance monitoring, compliance reviews, and stakeholder engagement across the Procure to Pay (P2P) process. You will support process standardization, automation, and operational excellence, contributing to a performance-driven culture. You will be accountable for:
- Performance Management: Contribute to annual KPI/OPI target setting aligned with standardization and automation goals; define KPI/OPI specifications and reporting requirements and monitor KPI progress and flag deviations
- Compliance and Reviews: Organize and lead compliance and performance reviews for the P2P process; identify performance issues and propose corrective actions and track and follow up on performance improvement plans
- Reporting and Communication: Develop and maintain standard reports to support productivity and compliance and regularly inform internal stakeholders on service performance
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Liaise with Procurement, Digital Technology, and Operations Managers; promote a culture of performance and compliance and act as an internal consultant on P2P-related Procurement Excellence topics
We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode (2 days per week onsite).
About you
Relevant education degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Management or Engineering.
Relevant work experience of 3+ years in procurement or purchasing domains.
Competencies:
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
- Familiarity with databases and knowledgeable in dashboarding tools
- BW reporting experience

About the Pay
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is:
- 32,480 EUR to 40,600 EUR per year in Portugal
Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
