About the role 

 
Our Manufacturing and Operations team, composed of approximately 40 personnel (employees and contractors), is integrated within the Production department and focuses on executing manufacturing and finished goods processing in compliance with DOT and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental) regulations. 

As a Production Operator, you will work on ensuring safe and efficient operations, maintaining compliance with regulations, and meeting customer requirements to support our production goals. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and have a positive impact on our operational excellence. You will be accountable for: 

  • Ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements. 

  • Managing day-to-day operations to meet production schedules and quality standards. 

  • Monitoring and maintaining process chemistry and equipment. 

  • Performing internal HSE audits and inspections to ensure a safe working environment. 

  • Assisting in the implementation of Excellence programs and promoting continuous improvement activities. 

 
We offer a fixed-term (5 months) contract based on shifts working mode. 

 

About you 

 
Relevant education degree or equivalent in High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Relevant work experience in industrial operations or a related field is preferred but not required. 

 
Competencies: 

  • Strong understanding of DOT regulations and Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements. 

  • Proficiency in using relevant computer software such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, SAP, and Aspen Process Explorer. 

  • Ability to perform manual labor and handle equipment at heights. Strong mathematical skills for calculations related to blends and railcar weights. Good judgment and quick decision-making under stress.

About the pay 

 
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is: 

  • KRW 30,000,000 to KRW 32,000,000 per year in South Korea 

 
Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
