SAP Security Specialist (F/M/X)

About the role

Our Authorizations team, composed of 6 people, is integrated in the Digital Technologies department and focuses on Authorizations and Access Management activities related to SAP systems in collaboration with Functions (Shared Services), Global Business Units and other Digital Technologies teams.

 

As a SAP Security Specialist, you will lead implementation, configuration and support of authorizations related activities in SAP Systems. You’ll also coordinate our Access Management partners to ensure efficiency and quality towards our services. You will get the opportunity to contribute to Service Excellence and Projects having a positive impact on Security, Regulatory Compliance and efficient operations. You will be accountable for: 

  • Delivering and supporting SAP Authorizations, as well as responding to and escalating authorization incidents.
  • Providing L3 support for SAP Authorizations & Access Management. 
  • Designing and building SAP Roles according to compliance requirements.
  • Managing configuration in SAP IAM and SAP GRC related components.
  • Working together with our ITSM (software) colleagues in order to ensure continuous improvement in our services and ticket management.
  • Acting as a service owner for authorization solutions, including designing, building, and maintaining access rights models for SAP solutions.
  • Managing technical debt and continuous improvement plans for the presented solutions. 
  • Supporting internal and external audits and implementing action plans.

 

We offer a permanent contract based on a hybrid working mode.

 

About you

Relevant education degree or equivalent in Information Technologies. 

5 years of work experience in SAP Authorizations/Security is required.


Competencies:

  • Proven experience in SAP Authorizations/Security operations and projects, with strong technical skills in platforms such as S/4HANA, ECC, BW, SuccessFactors, GTS, MDG, and BTP
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes
  • Understanding of data security, Segregation of Duties (SoD), risk management, and export control principles
  • Experience in implementing and supporting SAP GRC/IAG and BRF+
  • Knowledge of frameworks such as AGILE, ITIL, ISO 9001, and ISO 27001, as well as experience with Business Processes, Functional SAP Modules, Basis and ABAP will be considered a plus

About the pay

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is € 40,000 - € 50,000 per year in Portugal.

 

Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
