About the role
Our Corporate Controlling Digital Technologies (DT) Business Services team is a dynamic group of 5 professionals within the Digital Technologies (DT) department. We focus on managing actual costs in close collaboration with the DT Centers of Excellence (CoEs) leaders and driving continuous improvement in our controlling processes.
As a Digital Technologies (DT) Controlling Trainee, you will play an important role in optimizing our controlling processes. You will contribute to improving data accuracy, efficiency, and visibility across the DT Controlling team, while gaining hands-on experience in financial data management and performance analysis. You will be accountable for:
Support the migration of DT Centers of Excellence (CoEs) Cockpit files from Google Sheets to Microsoft Excel and ensure their maintenance
Collaborate across DT teams to collect, validate and update key financial data
Support the DT Project Controlling team on the project cost follow-up and Timetracking tool
Manage and analyze data, identifying inconsistencies and supporting monthly performance reviews at Consolidation level
Assist in the preparation of presentations for the DT Leadership Team contributing with analytical insights
Coordinate with DT Teams to continuously improve the functionalities of the tools
We offer an internship (12 months) contract based on hybrid working mode.
About you
Relevant education degree or equivalent in Finance, IT, Engineering or Management.
Competencies:
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI knowledge is a plus.
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Ability to discuss and collaborate with different teams (DT, Finance and HR)

About the pay
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is € 940,00 - € 1040,00 per month in Portugal.
