About the role
Our Engineering team is integrated in the Maintenance Department and focuses on improving the reliability of the assets through a long-term excellence maintenance strategy and Reliability Excellence in collaboration with other departments in the organization.
As a Reliability Engineer, you will work to support the maintenance team and ensure asset integrity planning is effectively implemented. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the plant assets reliability and have a positive impact on Operation Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) complying to the Solvay Life Saving Rules (SLSR) and local regulations. About you
Relevant education degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering. Relevant work experience minimum of 10 years of experience in Petrochemical/Chemical plants within Maintenance or Reliability fields (at least 5 years in Reliability). Master degree, as well as vibration analyst certificate CAT II is a plus.

About the pay
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is SAR 325,000- SAR 406,000 per year in Saudi Arabia.
Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
