Business Intelligence Data Analyst (F/M/X)

About the role

Our Business Intelligence team, composed of 6 people, acts as a pivotal strategic partner at the heart of our Global Business Unit's commercial strategy. In close collaboration with our Strategy and Commercial departments, you will architect the data-driven insights that shape the future of our global businesses.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for our analytical capabilities, from data pipeline to executive dashboard. This is a key role where you will transform complex data into strategic assets, directly influencing senior leadership and driving commercial excellence for our two business lines. You will be accountable for:

  • Develop and enhance BI Solutions: Design, architect, improve and implement a suite of dynamic, multi-national dashboards in Power BI, focused on commercial, market, and financial KPIs to drive rapid and effective strategic decisions.
  • Maintain and improve our data pipelines: Architect and build an integrated, scalable data model to centralize key business data. Own and optimize the end-to-end processes to enhance the speed, accuracy, and reliability of all business intelligence.
  • Act as a Strategic Partner: Serve as the primary analytical interface for key stakeholders in the Strategy and Commercial teams, proactively anticipating their needs, managing expectations, and co-developing solutions.
  • Deliver Executive-Level Insights: Champion a data-driven culture by translating complex findings into clear business narratives and strategic imperatives for an executive audience.

We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode.

 

 

About you

Relevant education with a Master's Degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent proven experience. Relevant work experience of 3-5 years of experience in a Business Intelligence, or Data Analysis role with a track record of delivering business impact.

 

Competencies:

  • Strong proficiency in a data visualization tool like Power BI, including data modeling
  • Demonstrated experience designing and optimizing workflows and data pipelines
  • Advanced mastery of the Microsoft Suite, specifically in Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent in English

About the pay

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is € 35600 - € 48700 per year in Portugal.

Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
