About the role


Our Operations team, composed of 15 people, operate a  world class Hydrogen Peroxide manufacturing facility focusing on safety, growth, technical excellence, product quality and community involvement.


As an operator, you will work on plant operations. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the company and have a positive impact on business. You will be accountable for: 

  • Being a reliable and capable Shift Operator to join our Operations Team and support our plant.

  • The successful candidate will learn all aspects of operations, initially on a weekday roster. 

  • From there, the person will move into a shift relief roster - working on either day/night roster covering annual leave, sick leave and/or plant demand.


We offer a permanent contract based on shifts and on-site working mode.

 

About you


Relevant work experience: Licenced to operate a forklift and/or Experience working within a manufacturing environment.


Competencies:

  • Safety Awareness/Compliance - Strong understanding of and adherence to workplace safety regulations

  • Communication Skills - Clear verbal and written communication to report issues or receive instruction

  • Good computer skills - basic knowledge of Excel/Outlook/Word

  • Technical Skills - ability to operate forklift and learn a complex chemical plant. Attention to detail - ability to follow direction, instructions, correctly document information and undertake audits

About the pay


Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is AU$ 104,906,49 per year in Australia.


Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package(The Company will contribute a total of 11.5% of your base salary into a superannuation fund of your choice (increasing to 12.0% on 1st July 2025).
