About the role
Our Total Rewards Services team, composed of 9 people, is integrated in the GBS Human Resources department and focuses on providing Total Rewards Services and delivering the operations and employee support on: Global Mobility, Compensation, Fleet management, Benefits Operations and other Total rewards services worldwide. The team works in collaboration with the HR Center of Expertise (CoE) which defines the Strategy and Policies for the Solvay Group, and with other HR Services teams (e.g. Payroll and People Services & Data).
As a Benefits Operations Analyst, you will work on delivering benefits administration activities for several countries, propose process improvement ideas and deliver queries and solutions supporting employees regarding benefits. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the benefits initiatives and have a positive impact on the business and employee experience. You will be accountable for:

About you
Bachelor education degree in Human resources, Business Administration or equivalent. Relevant work experience in HR administration with experience managing benefits administration in one or multiple geographies. Relevant work experience working in an HR administration environment would be a plus.

About the pay
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is R$ 4500,00 - R$ 7300,00 per month in Brazil.
Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
