About the role
Our Supply Chain team, integrated within the Global Business Unit (GBU SPECIAL CHEM (SPCHE) business unit, focuses on delivering efficient, reliable logistics solutions in collaboration with tolling plants, forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.
As a Logistics professional, you will work on end-to-end shipment coordination, documentation management, and schedule alignment to support our global supply chain operations. You will get the opportunity to contribute to seamless delivery processes and have a positive impact on customer satisfaction and supply chain efficiency. You will be accountable for:
Creating delivery orders and coordinating shipments
Requesting and securing vessel bookings for cargo transport
Adjusting shipping schedules in collaboration with forwarders to ensure timeliness
Preparing necessary documentation for warehouse cargo pickup
Managing forwarder (shipment) closing processes
Processing customs broker fee closures
Facilitating sales closing activities related to logistics
Communicating with tolling plants to meet customer-requested delivery dates
We offer a permanent contract based on a hybrid (2 days per week onsite) working mode.
About you
Relevant education degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant work experience in supply chain operations, logistics coordination, or a similar domain.
Competencies:
Fluent English language skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency in SAP software for logistics or supply chain management
Strong understanding of logistics workflows, including shipping, documentation, and customs processes
Behaviors:
Effective communication with both internal teams and external partners (forwarders, brokers, tolling plants)
Detail-oriented approach to documentation and process coordination
High standards of work ethics and accountability
About the pay
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is KRW 40,000,000 - 50,000,000 per year in South Korea.
Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
