About the role
Our Product and Asset Management team is integrated in the Special Chem & Silica Business Unit and acts as the leading department for portfolio management and optimization.
As a Product and Asset Analyst Intern, you will work on data analysis (product portfolio and margin analysis) and conduct specific research to support the Product and Asset Management team. You will get the opportunity to contribute to different projects and have a positive impact on the portfolio management of the Business Unit. You will be accountable for:
Performing data reporting and analysis to:
help support financial and quantitative analysis.
calculate and track key metrics like Contribution Margin (CM), Fixed Costs, and overall product and asset margin performance.
Develop BI solutions: suggesting BI solutions (dashboards) to track asset capacity utilization.
We offer an internship (6 months) contract based on site (with possibility of an hybrid working mode 1-2 days home per week).
About you
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Competencies:
Advanced proficiency Microsoft Suite, specifically in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling).
Experience with a data visualization tool like Power BI is a strong plus.
Data management and mining skills. Financial background is a plus.
Fluent in English.
