About the role

 

Our Portugal Site HR Team team, composed of 2 people, is integrated in the HR Site and Labor Relations department and focuses on providing support to employees and leadership in collaboration with other stakeholders.

As a Site HR Trainee, you will work on employee experience, hire to retire processes and HR meetings with different stakeholders to support employees and managers.

You will get the opportunity to contribute to internal procedures and learn about the HR processes in a multinational company and have a positive impact on employee satisfaction. You will be accountable for:

 

  • Onboarding and Offboarding Management
  • Campus Relations Management
  • HR Reports and data analysis
  • Assist and support employees and leadership on their everyday needs


We offer an internship (12 months) contract based on hybrid working mode.

 

About you

 

Relevant education degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management or similar. Any previous experience in HR is a plus.

  • Fluent in English
  • Good understanding of Excel usage

About the pay

 

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined according to academic background. The Internship Allowance for this role is € 940 - € 1040 per month in Portugal.
