The award recognizes the Group’s commitment to create a culture of employee well-being in the workplace.

Solvay is, for the second time, awarded for its commitment to well-being at work, for its sites in Brazil. This certification is the highest level of recognition of the quality of a company's working environment.

In a survey conducted by the Great Place To Work® organization, a leading player in the field of quality of life at work, employees expressed their pride in working at Solvay's sites in Brazil and highlighted its welcoming environment and ability to make them feel well treated at work, regardless of color and ethnicity, gender and sexual orientation, as the Group’s key strengths.

"We are thrilled to be certified Great Place to Work® once again. This demonstrates that we are on the right track to become an increasingly better company. This is only possible thanks to the daily effort and commitment of all of us, which exemplifies our company’s cultural transformation," says Daniela Manique - president of the Solvay Group in Latin America.

This new Great Place to Work® certification is a perfect illustration of the Solvay One Dignity program, which aims to create a diverse, fair and inclusive workplace at all Solvay sites worldwide.

Solvay has been operating in Brazil since 1919, with 7 industrial facilities and a Research and Innovation Center located in Paulínia. Over these years, the Group has established itself as a reference for innovative chemical solutions for various markets such as automotive, home and personal care, health, textiles, and paints and varnishes.
