Innovation meets impact: Partnering with Pantys to fight menstrual poverty
We are thrilled to announce a new partnership with Pantys, the world’s leading Femtech apparel brand, focused on supporting menstrual health for young women in need. In celebration of this partnership, Solvay and Pantys recently held a donation event at Project Arrastão, a São Paulo, Brazil, nonprofit aiding low-income families, where 250 teenagers from the Campo Limpo community received high-tech, absorbent underwear for better menstrual care.
“At Solvay, we believe that innovation should drive positive change,” said Lisa Brown, Solvay Group General Counsel. “Our collaboration with Pantys represents a commitment to both sustainability and social equity. By supporting Pantys’ pioneering work, we aim to tackle critical issues such as period poverty and environmental impact. This partnership aligns with our vision of a more inclusive and sustainable future for all.”
Featuring Solvay’s Amni Soul Eco® technology, Pantys’ products are both carbon-neutral and biodegradable, combining skin comfort with eco-friendly design. This collaboration also supports Solvay’s Corporate Citizenship program, which addresses global challenges through investments in education, sustainability, and community well-being.
"Not only is Amni Soul Eco® a remarkable product offering all the benefits of polyamide—like softness, comfort, breathability, moisture management, and easy care—but it also plays a crucial role in sustainability. With this partnership, it goes beyond business. Together with Pantys, we’re creating a sustainable impact on communities and working to reduce inequalities, while continuing to innovate for a better, more inclusive future."
