Trifluoroacetic acid methyl ester (TFAMe) is used as a reagent in chemical synthesis of pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals.
TFAMe may also be used as starting raw material to be chemically transformed by pharmaceutical industries. As such the product is not produced under cGMP conditions.
