About the role
Our Industrial Technology team, composed of 3 people, is integrated in the Industrial department and focuses on process improvement in collaboration with the Production team.
As a Site Process Engineer, you will work on process improvement to support the production team. You will get the opportunity to contribute to improve production capacity and have a positive impact on business growth.
You will be accountable for:
Production process improvement
New Product industrialization
Industrial excellence
Process safety studies (Support for HSE team)
Technical support
We offer a permanent contract based on onsite working mode.
About you
Relevant education degree or equivalent in College of Technology.
Relevant work experience in chemical or technology.

About the pay and benefits
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the primary country base pay reasonably expected for this role is 5,000,000JPY to 5,500,000JPY, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
