Solvay will grant Vendor Portal administration rights to one employee at each company. This individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining user profiles for employees requiring access to view payment status of invoices submitted to Solvay. Responsibilities of the Vendor Portal administrator include: user profile creation, password resets, and removal of profiles no longer needed.
In jurisdiction where data privacy laws apply, such employee shall have the right to access, modify and erase his/her personal details (first name and last name) that have been provided to access the Vendor Portal without any expenses and at any moment, at the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
