About the role
Our Technical and Maintenance team, composed of 10 people, is integrated in the Production department and focuses on ensuring effective operations of the plant's manufacturing process, including technical direction, maintenance management, and capital project oversight in collaboration with production, site personnel, outside vendors, and accounting.
As a Technical Service Manager, you will work on process optimization, maintenance management, and capital project execution to support the efficient and safe operation of the 150,000-ton-per-year sodium bicarbonate facility. You will get the opportunity to contribute to process improvements, cost reduction, and safety enhancements and have a positive impact on plant productivity and regulatory compliance. About you
University Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Relevant work experience of 5 to 10 years in processing plant engineering and maintenance.

About the pay
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the U.S. base pay reasonably expected for this role is $125,000.00 to $155,000.00, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
