Internship (6 months) - Customer Service Representative (F/H/X)

About the role

  • Our Customer Service team, composed of 7 people, is an integral part of the Supply Chain department and focuses on ensuring excellent order fulfillment and customer support in collaboration with Sales, Plants, and Logistics.
  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, returns, and related documentation, facilitating communication, and resolving customer issues to support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and positively impact our customer relationships and service levels.
  • You will be accountable for:
    • Process customer orders and returns accurately and timely, including invoicing and related documentation.
    • Manage corrective documentation (re-routing, credit/debit notes) effectively.
    • Facilitate clear communication between internal and external stakeholders regarding orders and forecasts.
    • Negotiate schedule changes and provide comprehensive customer information.
    • Collect and coordinate the resolution of customer complaints, identifying root causes.
    • Drive process improvements and gather customer insights to enhance satisfaction and efficiency.
  • We offer an internship contract (6 months) based on an hybrid working mode in Brussels, from June 2025

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field, OR equivalent experience in supply chain or a customer-facing role.
  • Competencies:
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to maximize efficiency.
    • Native or full professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
    • Fluency in another language is a plus: German, French, Dutch, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Finnish.

About the pay and benefits

  • Monthly allowance : €350 for Belgian students; €500 for other international students.
